The basic direction of the company’s activity is organizing international cargo transportation by all modes of transport based on “Door to Door” principle from the countries of Europe, Asia, and America as well as throughout GUS-CIS including regions of the Far North. The company’s specialists carry out multimodal project transportation of overdimension, oversize and overweight loads by rail, road, sea and air transport. “Nord Berg” company is working with high-value, mixed, dangerous and consolidated loads of diverse volume and weight. The company’s customers can trust us to carry out not only cargo transportation but also all related services: loading, issuing transport documents, customs clearance, forwarding, cargo escorting and insurance.

2020-2023 Rome, Italy: Project: New Waste-to-Energy Plant
Details: The City of Rome published a tender for a new WtE plant that will reduce emissions, produce energy, and create jobs. This initiative is part of Rome’s strategy to improve waste management and energy production.
2018–2021. HyValue in Spain: Project: Hydrogen production from waste gasification
Details: Collaboration between Tubacex and Novargi to produce 1,600 tons of hydrogen annually from 12,000 tonnes of municipal solid waste. This project integrates low-temperature processes for higher energy efficiencies and hydrogen yields.
2018–201. Val Camonica, Italy: Project: Waste-to-Hydrogen
Details: This project will produce green hydrogen using renewable energy from a local WtE plant. The hydrogen will support industrial and rail transport needs, with an expected annual production of 830 tonnes of hydrogen.
2015–2017. Carbon-Negative Aggregates in Spain: Project: Using Accelerated Carbonation Technology to convert waste incineration residues into carbonate minerals.
Details: This project, funded by the EU Innovation Fund, aims to treat 22,000 tons of waste annually, cutting carbon emissions by 2,200 tons per year by producing construction aggregates from waste CO₂ captured from refineries.
2014–2017. Wiesbaden, Germany: Project: New waste-to-energy plant
Details: Delivered by Doosan Lentjes, this modern WtE plant has a capacity of 240,000 tonnes per year. It utilizes high-flexibility technology to treat waste with varying compositions, generating electricity and district heating for Wiesbaden while reducing dependence on fossil fuels and supporting climate goals.
2009–2013. MVA Renova Göteborg, Sweden: From 2009 to 2013, Nord Berg conducted cold and hot commissioning as well as trial operation in Gothenburg.
Detailed Information: The Renova facility in Gothenburg is a state-of-the-art incineration plant that converts waste into energy, contributing significantly to the city’s energy needs. Nord Berg L&E Swiss GmbH’s role included ensuring the plant’s systems were fully functional and optimizing performance.
2010. MVA Twence, Netherlands: In 2009, Nord Berg conducted cold and hot commissioning as well as trial operation.

Preparation of customs and transport documentation, import and customs processing. Preparation of the documents to receive customs classification decision for import of the manufacturing equipment.
